Selected Projects

TECHNE — Production Cloud Commerce & Media Platform · techne.fm

  • Design and operate a live commercial platform end to end: auth (BetterAuth), Stripe payments and webhooks, private tokenized asset delivery via Cloudflare R2, and transactional + campaign email through Azure Communication Services with delivery and engagement events tracked in Log Analytics. SvelteKit on Vercel, Neon Postgres.
  • Built and operate a containerized media-processing worker: archive ingestion, ffmpeg WAV-to-MP3 transcode, R2 upload, and waveform preview generation.
  • Migrating the worker to Azure Container Apps Jobs using Azure Storage Queues, KEDA scale-to-zero, Azure Container Registry, managed identity, and Terraform with remote state in Azure Storage. (in progress)
  • Built an audience and campaign system that combines purchase, download, subscription, and engagement data into computed customer segments, driving consent-aware Azure Communication Services email campaigns and attribution tracking.
  • Built an AI content pipeline in n8n: scheduled ingestion using cached hashtag IDs, idempotent dedup by post ID, LLM scoring against a structured rubric, and a JSON contract consumed via webhook in the app.

Professional Experience

IT Systems Administrator (Endpoint & Identity) · Network Outsource

Oct 2022 – Jul 2026

  • Selected for an internal AI integration pilot spanning Microsoft Copilot Studio, Model Context Protocol, Slack, and MSP service platforms.
  • Developed a Slack OAuth proof of concept in TypeScript/Bun and integrated Slack’s hosted MCP server with Microsoft Copilot Studio, validating authentication, connector registration, and tool discovery while investigating orchestration and retrieval limitations.
  • Evaluated the same server through a Microsoft 365 federated connector; diagnosed why orchestration skipped invocation despite successful authentication and discovery, and proposed a constrained read-only MCP wrapper exposing compatible search and retrieval tools.
  • Administered and improved identity and endpoint workflows across Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Admin for a 1,500+ device cross-platform environment, including supporting a migration from legacy imaging to cloud-based provisioning and Entra join.
  • Used PowerShell to automate operational reporting and endpoint tasks, including Chromebook loaner tracking, Entra ID and Intune data filtering, and silent software installations; administered user, group, and device changes directly through Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and Google Admin.
  • Supported endpoint enrollment, compliance, identity-access, networking, wireless, and content-filtering operations across Windows and cloud-managed devices.

  • Built, deployed, and maintained production web applications using Vue and Firebase; owned hosting configuration, releases, production fixes, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Implemented application features spanning responsive frontend interfaces, Firebase authentication and NoSQL data, Google OAuth, serverless functions, Stripe payments, and third-party API and webhook integrations such as Mailgun.
