- Selected to participate in an internal AI integration pilot spanning Microsoft Copilot Studio, Model Context Protocol, Slack, and MSP service platforms.
- Developed a Slack OAuth proof of concept in TypeScript/Bun and integrated Slack’s hosted MCP server as an agent tool in Microsoft Copilot Studio, documenting authentication, tool-discovery, licensing, and invocation constraints.
- Proposed a self-hosted, read-only MCP service exposing constrained search and retrieval tools to isolate Microsoft federated connector compatibility and security requirements.
- Engineered identity and endpoint workflows across Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Admin for a 1,500+ device cross-platform environment, including an Entra cloud-join migration from legacy imaging.

- Design and operate a live commercial platform end to end: auth (BetterAuth), Stripe payments and webhooks, private tokenized asset delivery via Cloudflare R2, and transactional + campaign email through Azure Communication Services with delivery and engagement events tracked in Log Analytics. - Authored a containerized media-processing worker (archive ingestion, ffmpeg WAV→MP3 transcode, R2 upload, waveform previews); migrating it to an event-driven Azure Container Apps Job — Storage Queue + KEDA scale-to-zero, ACR pull via managed identity, provisioned in Terraform with remote state in Azure Storage. - Built an audience CRM that unifies purchase, download, claim, subscription, and engagement state into computed funnel segments, driving auto-generated ACS email campaigns with consent-based suppression and click-tracking attribution.
- Built an AI content pipeline in n8n: scheduled ingestion using cached hashtag IDs, idempotent dedup by post ID, LLM scoring against a structured rubric, and a JSON contract consumed via webhook in the app.
- Operate a self-hosted service fleet (n8n, Vaultwarden) via Docker Compose on a VPS.
